We are recruiting Support Workers to join an established team of staff supporting people to enjoy an excellent quality of life. The Supported Living service in Bromham, Bedford has one shared flat supporting 3 people and 2 individual rooms. The service supports five individuals within learning disabilities and some mental health and some people within the autistic spectrum.

We offer an empowering model of support which enables people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, to participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes. Although we value relevant experience of supporting people with a learning disability or autism you do not need to have prior experience if you can demonstrate a ‘can-do approach’, person-centred values, energy and commitment. You will need good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop good quality support plans. You will have a strong work ethic and duty of care and be able to contribute to a positive, team approach.
