Team Manager - Bedford Borough Council - Community Older Peoples Team - Up to £44.50
The requirement is for a social work England registered social worker to act as Team manager for older peoples team required while recruitment processes are in progress.
The team require support, supervision, quality and performance monitoring for all aspects of work under the Care Act. The team have 3 very experienced advanced practitioners who manage day to day operations. The rest of the team is made up of experienced social workers, social workers and support workers.
Monitoring of performance and quality formal and informal supervision to the team attendance and contribution to performance monitoring meetings, team meetings, funding panels and any other meetings relevant to the role.
