Carrying out Care Act Assessments of Need

Taking on role of Lead Investigator in S42 Enquiries

Completing Mental Capacity Assessments

Attending DST meetings with partners in Health

Reviewing packages of care and long term placements

Completing work required for Court of Protection applications
