Social Worker - Level 1 & 2 - Children's Services (Locality Social Work Service)Salary:
- Level 1 Social Worker: £33,731 - £36,397 per annum (pro rata) + Market Rate Supplement (MRS) of £5,100 per annum (pro rata)
- Level 2 Social Worker: £37,828 - £38,826 per annum (pro rata) + MRS of £5,150 per annum (pro rata) + Enhanced MRS of £3,850 per annum (pro rata)

If you have at least one year of post-qualifying experience and a strong understanding of social work theories and models, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact. You'll play a crucial role in supporting children from assessment onwards, enabling meaningful relationships that drive lasting positive change.

What You'll Be Doing:- Managing a varied caseload, ensuring children and families receive the right support at the right time.
- Undertaking direct work with children, listening to their views, and understanding their lived experiences.
- Chairing multi-agency meetings and collaborating with professionals to support vulnerable children.
- Delivering high-quality assessments and reports that inform decision-making.
- Using evidence-based interventions to create lasting, positive change for children and families.
- Training in Systemic Practice and Motivational Interviewing
- Support for Practice Education qualifications
- Opportunities to complete a Post-Qualifying Master's in Child & Family Social Work
- Regular personal and group supervision with supportive leadership
- Manageable caseloads that allow for high-quality, focused work
- Qualified Social Workers with at least one year of post-qualifying experience
- HCPC or Social Work England registered
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for improving outcomes for children and families
