What You’ll Be Doing:

Join Biggleswade CMHT, a multi-disciplinary team providing person-centred interventions to individuals experiencing mental ill-health across North East Central Bedfordshire, including Biggleswade, Sandy, Potton, Shefford, Arlesey, and surrounding villages. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Managing a caseload of service users with complex mental health and social care needs.? Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering recovery-focused interventions.? Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, social services, and third-sector organizations.? Providing safeguarding support, risk assessments, and crisis management.? Advocating for service users and supporting their access to appropriate resources.? Attending CPA meetings, safeguarding meetings, and multidisciplinary discussions.? Receiving dedicated supervision and career development opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid Social Work England registration.? Experience working within community mental health teams.? Strong risk assessment, safeguarding, and care planning skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a part-time role offering flexibility and a strong work-life balance. The contract is ongoing, with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
