What You Will Do:• Provide administration support including writing up reports, collating data, and logging Risk Assessments.• Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks to support the Supervisor and Team Leader.• Help coordinate team activities, meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.• Support recruitment activities and onboarding for new starters.• Manage orders, receipt of goods, and processing of invoices, alongside travel and test equipment calibration support.• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and knowledge capture within the department.What You Will Bring:• Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.• A positive ‘can do’ flexible attitude with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.• Proficiency in Excel for data management and producing graphs, alongside good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.• A good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for report writing & presentation preparation.• Experience in a busy office environment.• Experience within an automotive environment is desirable.By joining this company, you will be part of a team that is integral to delivering high-quality automotive solutions.
