Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or group support to SEN and PMLD students.
Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and specialists to implement tailored learning plans.
Foster a safe, engaging environment that supports students' well-being and participation.
Assist during lessons, break times, and school activities to promote inclusivity.
Help prepare and organize learning materials to enhance the classroom experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience with SEN and/or PMLD pupils is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with children, staff, and families.
Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to different learning needs.
Relevant qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are a plus but not required.
Flexibility to adapt to varied learning challenges.
Local to Kempston with a reliable commute.
A full driving license is preferred.
