Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or group support to SEN and PMLD students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and specialists to deliver tailored learning plans.

  • Assist with lessons, break times, and school activities to promote inclusivity and engagement.
  • Help organize and prepare learning materials to enhance classroom experiences.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with SEN and/or PMLD pupils is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with children, staff, and families.
  • Patience, empathy, and flexibility in adapting to varying learning needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are a bonus, but not required.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied learning challenges.
  • Ideally local to Kempston with a reliable commute.
  • A full driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
