Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer one-on-one or small group support to SEN students, adapting materials to suit individual needs.
  • Assist the class teacher in fostering an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals to implement tailored learning plans.
  • Create a nurturing and safe environment that encourages student engagement and well-being.
  • Support students during lessons, break times, and other school activities.
  • Help prepare learning resources and materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students, staff, and parents.
