As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored and engaging lessons to children with special educational needs. You will work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the academic, emotional, and social development of every child.

What is required:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
- Develop and implement personalized learning strategies to support children with a range of special educational needs.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued and motivated to succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create individual learning plans and monitor progress.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage children and encourage their development.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience in special educational needs.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A strong commitment to the development and well-being of children with SEN.
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
- Experience with a range of SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities) is desirable, but not essential.
- The ability to commute to Kempston
