- Classroom Management: Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being, utilising strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, including the SENCO and other professionals, to ensure students with SEMH needs receive the appropriate support.
- Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and working collaboratively to support their learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a valid UK teaching qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching within a UK school setting, with a demonstrated ability to support students with SEMH needs.
