We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator at our Bedford office.
We specialize in providing high-quality staffing solutions to various industries, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to our ongoing success.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process within our organisation. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for various job roles.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific job roles.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge to effectively advise clients and candidates on recruitment strategies and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
