To be successful in this role of RF Engineering Director we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in RF engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful RF projects from concept to production in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in RF design, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and communication systems and a desire to continue playing a role as an individual contributor on programs, projects, and key R&D activities.
- Strong knowledge of the latest simulation tools and RF testing equipment.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to challenges.
