Role Overview:

As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure smooth, end-to-end service delivery across our platforms. You will play a key role in refining our services, making data-driven improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize service value for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service Management: Oversee the full-service lifecycle, from design to operation, ensuring adherence to ITIL principles and best practices.

- Reporting: Compile and interpret service KPIs, producing insightful reports that support service performance tracking.

- Continual Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for business and service improvement.

- Commercial Awareness: Spot revenue opportunities with current clients and align solutions with our overall business objectives.

- Ownership & Accountability: Proactively resolve issues, making sure solutions meet ongoing business needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business

- Experience in asset or automotive finance

- Excellent communication, influencing and organizational skills

- Self-motivated with an open, curious mindset

- Full UK driving license

Desirable:

- ITIL Certification

- SaaS company experience
