Country Manager - The Role:

The Country Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the UK team, and executing strategic initiatives to expand market share. This role reports to the Group CEO and is responsible for the performance of the UK division. They are looking for a strong leader and a high-level customer facing strategic sales and marketing professional.

Country Manager - Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for the UK sales operations, aligning with global business objectives

- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and developing key customer relationships

- Lead and manage the UK sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with corporate goals

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly

- Oversee the financial performance of the UK entity, including setting and managing budgets, ensuring profitability, and optimizing operational costs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

- Ensure all sales operations comply with UK regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
