Pertemps is working with a local client seeking a Temporary Student Experience Coordinator. The role involves enhancing the student experience across Bedford-based campuses through health, wellbeing, and community engagement initiatives.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with the LIVE team to plan and support cross-college programs.• Deliver health services, including sexual health and stop smoking clinics.• Maintain accessible health and wellbeing resources.• Participate in the Safeguarding Team.• Manage the Student Voice structure and Students’ Union.• Address learner feedback at college forums.• Oversee the Student Common Room (Live Lounge).• Develop professional relationships with students and staff.• Maintain links with external support agencies.• Collect feedback from students on college life.• Manage data on facility usage and activities.• Promote equality, diversity, safeguarding, and Prevent agendas.• Adhere to college policies and procedures.Experience:• Proven track record of successfully working with young people and adults in both formal and informal settings.• Demonstrated high performance in previous roles or jobs• Effective experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.• Understanding of how to promote equality and diversity within the job role.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.• Experience with both manual and IT-based record systems.• Proven ability to work effectively in a customer-focused environment.Please apply if you have a recent Enhanced DBS
