We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor based in Flitwick for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a well-established and busy MOT Centre and Service centre.

 Responsibilities of theWorkshop Supervisor

  • Speaking with customers and booking jobs
  • Scheduling workloads.
  • Ordering relevant parts
  • You will be required to work on all makes and models of cars and vans and be committed to working to a high standard.
  • Undertaking Vehicle checks ensuring they are road safe and up to standard.
  • Complete MOT Tests if required.
  • Health & Safety Awareness.
  • Staff training.

Requirements for a successful Workshop Supervisor

  • Previous track record of workshop supervisor experience or senior mechanic leading a team.
  • Experienced MOT Tester – Valid MOT testing licence 
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or time-served experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and capable to work under pressure.
  • Great at leading and working as part of a team.
  • Hold a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. (Maximum 3 points)
