Role: Senior Vehicle Technician

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday – Friday 08.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Up to £35,000

We are seeking a senior vehicle technician to join a leading provider of vehicle glazing solutions. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of vehicles, ideally you will have worked closely with the body shop, vehicle technicians and external contractors to repair or replace windscreens.

What will you be doing in the Senior Vehicle Technician role?

Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
Ensure all technical operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve technical challenges during product development and installation phases.
Fleet management of company vehicles

What we would like from you:

Knowledge of glazing technologies and materials
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Understanding of industry standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
