About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that stock is prepared, packed, and processed efficiently. You’ll handle goods with care, ensuring they are ready to meet customers' needs. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a physical, active environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare stock for dispatch.
- Check returned stock, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Assist with inventory management, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Counterbalance Forklift licence ideal but not necessary.
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring stock meets quality standards.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
