About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that stock is prepared, packed, and processed efficiently. You’ll handle goods with care, ensuring they are ready to meet customers' needs. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a physical, active environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare stock for dispatch.
  • Check returned stock, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Assist with inventory management, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
  • Comfortsable with regular heavy lifting.
  • Counterbalance Forklift licence ideal but not necessary.
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring stock meets quality standards.
  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
