MANE are currently recruiting for Production Fabricators for our Aerospace client based in Bedfordshire.
Job Description:
- Obtain and maintain Operator verification approval stamps.
- Assist in implementing new techniques and improving work methods where possible.
- Manufacture finished ducting components according to customer specifications using various metals and hand skills (stainless steel, titanium, Inconel).
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workshop.
- Propose ideas for production improvements and cost reduction where applicable.
- Adhere to all relevant AWPS and operating procedures related to the role.
- Stay informed about company Health & Safety and Fire policies and attend mandatory updates as required.
- Demonstrate a flexible and collaborative approach to work and teamwork.
Main Duties:
- Ability to read & understand engineering drawings & follow verbal/written instructions
- Driven by achieving goals & helping others achieve theirs
- Happy to work in a team
- Great communicator, good level of PC skills & organisation

Working hours:
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 3.45pm or 7.00am to 4.45pm
Education:
Time served apprenticeship or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectation.
