We are looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our client's team.
The role involves performing ARC, MIG, and TIG welding on aluminium and steel while accurately interpreting fabrication drawings.
Candidates must have prior welding and fabrication experience, with a pay rate starting from £16 up to £20 per hour depending on experience.
The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A vocational training or certification is preferred but not required for this opportunity.

Are you a skilled Welder Fabricator looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client.

What Youll Be Doing:

Welding & Fabrication: Perform ARC, MIG, and TIG welding on aluminium and steel.

Reading Blueprints: Accurately interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.

Precision Work: Use hand tools, weld gauges, callipers, and measuring instruments.

Quality Control: Inspect and test welded components to ensure they meet company standards.

Problem Solving: Identify and report any design conflicts or structural issues.

Maintenance: Keep welding equipment in top condition through preventative maintenance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet production targets and improve processes.

Health & Safety: Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm

Pay rate:Pay rate will be starting from £16 up to £20 per hour DOE

What Were Looking For:

Experience:Prior welding & fabrication experience required (ARC, MIG, TIG preferred).

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Problem-Solving:Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

Team Player:Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications:Vocational training or certification (preferred but not required).
