  • Applicants should be willing to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally work away from home overnight.
Diamond are currently working with a number of top tier companies who have a number of exciting commercial projects that require experienced Panel Wireman, Stansted
Monday Friday 7:00-5:00pm, 30 p/h
Working hours
07:00am-17:00pm Monday - Thursday & Friday 07:00am-2pm ( 1 hour unpaid lunch break) After first month lunch break will be included to make it up to 45hrs for the week. Still a 2pm finish on a Friday
The Role

Will be 50/50 role in Panel Workshop, will require experience and be able to read off schematics. You will be going around hospitals carrying out BMS install, service panels and any testing works.
-Electrical commissioning experience/ Service Engineer / Testing Experience.
-Experience in the following, Generators, UPS, HV/LV, Switchgears, Substations, Circuit breakers and protection control relay.
-Will be working in Hospitals, Data Centres, Critical Environment, Power, Utilities
Requirements
-City & Guilds 2391
-CSCS Card
-City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or apprenticeship
-Knowledge of CDM including relevant qualifications plus or IOSH/NEBOSH H&S qualification
-Ability to understand Mechanical and Electrical drawings

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Willingness to occasionally work away from home overnight and be prepared to travel extensively within the UK.
-Carrying out repairs and modifications to control panels.
-Liaising with office team and customers
-Producing site report sheets after completion of work s
-Electrical testing of control panels
