Position Title: Mobile Tagging Support OfficerHourly Rate: Starting at £11.56, increasing to £11.72 with experienceLocation: Candidates must be located within a 30-minute journey from the following postcodes: [NE22, NE33,NE38,NE96,DH9]Working Pattern: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per weekWorking Hours: Shift pattern: Covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The majority of shifts are between 5pm and 1am.Training: 1-day online training and induction provided

Job Overview:We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Mobile Tagging Support Officers. This is a critical role where you will support the mobile tagging operations and ensure smooth service delivery across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be adaptable and comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule, covering evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the mobile tagging process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in tagging operations.
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams, ensuring that any tagging issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Work within the established shift pattern, covering shifts on a 10-week rotation.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Take responsibility for accurately logging data and completing administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure continuity of service throughout the 24/7 operational period.
  • Maintain clear communication with management and team members throughout shifts.

Requirements:

  • Must be located within a 30-minute journey from the designated postcodes.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week with a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately record data.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing work environments.
