The Role
My client, an expanding Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking a Senior Care Solicitor to join its newly established Bedworth office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care law professional to play a key role in a growing department, contributing to the firm’s continued success and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of care proceedings, including complex and high-profile matters
- Representing parents, guardians and other parties in public law children cases
- Advising clients on all aspects of care law, ensuring the highest standards of client care
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking activities
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
You
- Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in care law and public law children cases
- A proven track record of handling complex and sensitive matters
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
