The Role

My client, an expanding Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking a Senior Care Solicitor to join its newly established Bedworth office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care law professional to play a key role in a growing department, contributing to the firm’s continued success and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of care proceedings, including complex and high-profile matters
  • Representing parents, guardians and other parties in public law children cases
  • Advising clients on all aspects of care law, ensuring the highest standards of client care
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
  • Contributing to the growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking activities
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements

You

  • Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in care law and public law children cases
  • A proven track record of handling complex and sensitive matters
  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
