Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily site operations to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Managing a team of contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinating site activities and ensuring smooth work flow, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Reporting on site progress, delays, and any project-related concerns to senior management.
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and deliverables are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management within the residential construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications (preferred).
