We are looking for a detail-oriented Despatch Quality Controller to join our team. In this role, you will implement and monitor strategies for reducing labelling complaints, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining efficient dispatch operations.

Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Shift Pattern:4 on 4 off 10am to 10pm, the hourly rate is 13.30ph

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Mitchells and Butler Labelling procedure
  • Implement and Monitor Labelling Strategies:Develop and oversee strategies to reduce labelling complaints.
  • Root Cause Analysis:Identify the true root causes of missing labels and consistently incorrect labelling to improve processes.
  • Monitor Packing Procedures:Ensure adherence to Gousto packing procedures, including the method of packing trays and conducting seal checks.
  • Conduct GMP Audits:Perform daily Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits in collaboration with Quality Assurance team (QA), providing feedback to operatives to drive improvement.
  • Documentation Checks:Verify all despatch paperwork and check all metal detector lines for compliance.
  • Support Palletisation Standards:Assist with the documentation and standards related to palletisation.
