An excellent opportunity for an experienced administration and customer services professional to join a leading Facilities Management provider in their scheduling team.
Working as a maintenance scheduler, you will be responsible for working across several of the FM providers client base, scheduling in planned and reactive maintenance tasks for their team of engineers and operatives.
The role requires an excellent grasp of general administration duties, including extensive use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as the in house work scheduling system (training can be provided, but any experience working on CAFM systems or similar work management systems in the past is highly desirable).
You will have exception customer service skills and be able to work in a high pressure environment - often, the calls and tasks you are asked to schedule will be critical emergencies and require a sense of urgency and problem solving skills to ensure the clients are supported as best as possible.
The office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and free parking is available - this company is also excellent at providing ongoing training and development, so there are often opportunities for progression available.
