Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored technical solutions and detailed proposals for customers.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for additional services or products.
- Conduct site visits for surveys, technical discussions, and project reviews to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Present and explain technical solutions to clients, bridging the gap between their needs and our engineering capabilities.
- Provide input into design concepts, leveraging knowledge of manufacturing processes like milling, turning, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
The Technical Sales Engineer will have:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background.
- 3+ years' experience in automated material handling equipment or conveyor systems.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) and the ability to produce engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, reliability, and maintenance principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver results.
