About the Role:

As a Groundworks Ganger with SSSTS, you will need strong experience in earthworks and stabilisation to excel in this role. The position is temporary, lasting between 3-6 months, with potential for further opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team on groundworks and earthworks projects
  • Overseeing stabilisation work on-site
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
  • Liaising with site management and team members

Requirements:

  • SSSTS certification (essential)
  • Proven experience in earthworks and stabilisation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices

Desirable Skills:

  • Machine tickets, Dumper & Roller(advantageous)
  • Experience operating machinery and plant equipment
  • Able to work off own initiative
