Role Responsibilities- Managing audit assignments from planning to completion, working with a diverse client base across various sectors
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with UK accounting standards
- Conducting audit fieldwork, including assessing controls, testing financial data, and identifying risks
- Building strong client relationships and providing proactive business and financial advice
- Reviewing audit work completed by junior staff and providing constructive feedback
- Assisting with corporate and personal tax computations as part of year-end procedures
- Staying up to date with audit regulations and industry developments to maintain technical excellence

Candidate Requirements- Newly qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Experience working in audit within an accountancy practice
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and client-focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills
- £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
