• Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Qualified by experience also considered
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients across various industries
• Strong skills in workflow management and ensuring operational efficiency
• Expertise in compliance work, with a thorough understanding of UK regulations
• Ability to review and oversee the work of junior staff, maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Willingness to get hands dirty and be hands-on in all aspects of the role
• Experience in planning for audits is a bonus, but not essential
• A proactive approach with the initiative to take on new challenges and make an impact
