Business Administrator
A leading organisation based in Belfast, are currently seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.
Working Hours: Hybrid working model – Monday to Wednesday office based with Thursday and Fridays working from home: 9am – 5pm (once training is complete and can work without supervision)
Salary Negotiable dependent on experience
Job Role:
You will be responsible for providing administration support to the operation, sales, and senior management teams.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous and demonstrable administration experience within a similar environment.
- 5 GCSEs including Maths, English and ICT at grade 4 or above (Grade C+) or an
- equivalent.
- IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload, while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy and to participate in any required ad-hoc projects.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing general administration support to the operations, sales, and senior management teams.Â
- Interacting with clients, insurance brokers and accountants in a professional manner.
- Participate and contribute to additional projects as and when required.
- Effective email management ensuring items are actioned promptly.
- Answering telephone calls and responding appropriately.
- Compliance with all relevant legislation relating to data protection and confidentiality of information
- Participate fully in training to allow understanding and progression through all operations processes.
- Undertake such other appropriate duties that may be deemed necessary by Line Manager and Directors.
