Junior PMO / Project Management Officer
Daily Rate: 200 (inside IR35 via umbrella)

Hybrid working - 3 days in Belfast and 2 days remote working

Are you ready to step into an exciting role as a Junior PMO with our client? We are looking for a proactive individual to provide crucial project management support for a significant remediation programme. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and have a knack for effective communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project documents and maintain comprehensive project plans.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are documented accurately.
  • Assist in submitting updates to meet reporting requirements.
  • Maintain status reports and RAID logs to keep the project on track.
  • Over time, participate in issue identification and resolution, risk management, and dependency tracking.
  • Plan and facilitate working group meetings to drive project progress.
  • Maintain daily reports on UAT test results and key performance indicators, including execution pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand project mechanics and highlight potential impacts of changes.
