Your new role
This client is seeking a highly organised and experienced senior administrator and receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support the wider team with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
