- Generating and closing new business through referrals, phone and person-to-person sales, and networking events.

- Working with brokers and introducers to secure referrals and convert them into new business.
- Managing relationships with key referral partners to maximize ongoing deal flow.
- Closing sales from broker and introducer referrals efficiently, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- A well-spoken, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who enjoys sales and helping businesses grow.
- University degree, with 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
