- Following up on qualified marketing leads (referrals, web-generated, marketing campaigns, introductions).
- Generating and closing new business through referrals, phone and person-to-person sales, and networking events.
- Developing and managing relationships with customers, helping them access the right funding solutions.
- Working with brokers and introducers to secure referrals and convert them into new business.
- Managing relationships with key referral partners to maximize ongoing deal flow.
- Closing sales from broker and introducer referrals efficiently, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- A well-spoken, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who enjoys sales and helping businesses grow.
- University degree, with 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in working with brokers, introducers, or referral-based sales is a plus.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
