SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work for a large utilities company based in Belfast. The purpose of the role is to support the direct sales team with sales compliance, sales assurance and back-office administration duties.

ROLE: Sales Administrator

SALARY: 12 p/h, circa 23,000 per annum

JOB TYPE: ongoing

LOCATION: Belfast (BT2)

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, office based

THE ROLE:

  • Point of contact for all sales partner queries, supporting them in their field sales activities.
  • Ensuring all necessary onboard and re-contracting processes are followed and providing assistance to customers where necessary.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the sales and retention team to include quality checking.
  • Carrying out administrative duties for the wider Direct Sales Team to support efficient and accurate processing of sales contracts.
  • Assisting with the updating of KPIs and sales reporting for various sales channels.
  • Ensure all back office and QA standards are being maintained, in line with corporate governance standards.
  • To support internal quality monitoring processes to ensure desired corporate and regulatory standards are maintained.



THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Highly numerate, with the ability to work on computer systems in a process environment.
  • Disciplined & rigorous, ensuring that compliance and controls are adhered to.
  • Strong in character to deal with day-to-day challenges.
  • Flexible approach to the nature of work undertaken.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Customer focused and proven ability to deal with complex requests.
  • Ability to create, compose and edit written materials, appropriate to communicate to the target audience using Word or PowerPoint.
