What Youll Be Doing:

• Drive Impact: Engage with key decision-makers in your market to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that make a real difference.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best products and service that keep them coming back.
• Showcase Innovation: Present cutting-edge steel solutions and value-added services to industries in need of the highest-quality products and support.
• Deliver Excellence: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing engaging presentations, reports, and quotations.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Commercial Director and Product Leads to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
• Stay Organised: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data, ensuring smooth operations and insights for continued growth.

Who You Are:

• You have 2+ years of experience in Field Sales, ideally in an industrial or technical sector, though experience in steel is a bonus.
• You have a natural ability to build relationships and thrive in customer-facing roles.
• Youre comfortable working independently but also excel in a collaborative team environment.
• Your communication and presentation skills are top-notchyou can easily translate complex products into clear solutions for clients.
• You're methodical, results-driven, and love turning challenges into opportunities for success.
