We are actively seeking passionate Chefs to join our culinary teams across a diverse range of establishments in the Greater Belfast Area. This includes opportunities in hotels, restaurants, pubs, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and contract catering sites.

Day to Day of the role:

Oversee the general running of the kitchen, which may include recruiting and managing kitchen staff.
Prepare the kitchen for service, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are ready.
Order and manage stock to ensure the kitchen is well-supplied.
Complete necessary paperwork related to inventory, compliance, and kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Adhere to and enforce strict health and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A passion for food and hospitality.
Experience in kitchen management and food preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different kitchen settings.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
