We are actively seeking passionate Chefs to join our culinary teams across a diverse range of establishments in the Greater Belfast Area. This includes opportunities in hotels, restaurants, pubs, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and contract catering sites.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Oversee the general running of the kitchen, which may include recruiting and managing kitchen staff.
  • Prepare the kitchen for service, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are ready.
  • Order and manage stock to ensure the kitchen is well-supplied.
  • Complete necessary paperwork related to inventory, compliance, and kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
  • Adhere to and enforce strict health and safety procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A passion for food and hospitality.
  • Experience in kitchen management and food preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different kitchen settings.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment.
