Assistant Client Relationship Manager
Location: BelfastSalary: £26k - £28k per annum
The Role:
As an Assistant Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in the proactive management of a property portfolio. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring financial and administrative excellence.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Customer Service: Provide clear, concise, and accurate communication to clients, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Client Engagement:
- Proactively meet with new proprietors to introduce yourself as their key point of contact.
- Clarify the services provided and set clear expectations.
- Budget & Financial Management:
- Formulate and manage budgets for each development.
- Ensure timely billing, cash flow, and financial accuracy.
- Communication & Correspondence:
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and written communication promptly and professionally.
- Attend AGMs and development meetings as required.
- Compliance & Record Management:
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and legal governance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, meetings, and property updates.
- Contractor & Third-Party Liaison:
- Raise job orders, negotiate rates, and monitor contractor performance.
- Ensure contractors adhere to business standards and specifications.
- Site Inspections:
- Conduct regular site inspections and upload detailed reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
