- Proven experience in a BDM role
- Knowledge of EV and battery storage
- Proficient in MS Office
- To maintain and grow existing EV accounts with wholesalers and installers
- Ensuring current accounts achieve their minimum order quantities and revenue targets whilst developing new customer accounts and sales channels
- To find new business from traditional and new sales channels
- To promote EV chargers, EV charging equipment and other renewable energy products
- Creating demand through planning and attending Trade shows and local promotional events
- Conduct sales training
- To plan and present to installers and customers the features and benefits of our product range
- Working remotely to sell EV chargers and EV equipment
- Covering the specific region of Ireland visiting wholesalers, contractors and other businesses
- To achieve and exceed Company targets for volume and revenue
- Continually striving to not only achieve but to exceed targets
- Reporting directly to the Head of Sales
- Create and present monthly performance reports for the region
- Achieving monthly sales volume targets
- Achieving monthly revenue volume targets
- Create monthly reports on regional performance to Head of Sales
- Monthly company meetings
- Attend industry events to represent the brand
- Proven experience of working in a remote BDM role is essential
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Knowledge of the EV marketing is preferred
- Knowledge of the distribution sector is preferred
- Knowledge of battery storage would be advantageous
- Must be able to work independently
- Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint
