This is a hybrid role.

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Client Manager located in or around Northern Ireland, with the ability to be onsite 2-3 times a week. Our goal is to enhance our trusted, long-term partnership with NHS Wales, providing fast-evolving capabilities and support as they enter the next phase of their digital transformation. This role demands someone passionate about making a positive impact, skilled at building strong relationships, and committed to surpassing sales targets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive Growth: Become a growth engine, bringing more of our growing capability to existing business accounts as well as developing new accounts, exceeding sales goals.
  • Empower Clients: Educate clients on our IT solutions and services, highlighting our unique value proposition.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Forge strong connections with new clients at both the tactical and strategic levels.
  • Increase Client Value: Develop targeted up-selling and cross-selling strategies to maximise client satisfaction and revenue potential.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Partner with clients to develop winning IT strategies, connecting them with our subject matter experts.
  • Thought Leadership: Demonstrate your expertise and drive market trends, establishing Trustmarque as the go-to partner for innovation.
  • Negotiation: Secure win-win deals through effective negotiation at senior levels.
  • Lead by Example: Provide guidance and support to the customer-facing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Success Stories: Capture and showcase successful client engagements, building a strong case study portfolio.
