Do you want to sell to automotive aftermarket customers on quality rather than price?

We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for a true market-leading OE manufacturer to manage the customer base in Northern England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.

The company are offering a very competitive package:

  • A basic salary of between 50,000 - 54,000
  • Bonus
  • Company car
  • Additional employer pension contributions
  • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays

Every day will be different. This is a varied role that will require you to be very organised to manage the role responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationships: Take full ownership of assigned customers or buying groups, ensuring their satisfaction while driving sales growth and hitting targets.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand the unique needs of key clients and offer customised solutions, from negotiating deals to meeting deadlines.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, while sharing these insights with management.
  • Product Support: Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers, making sure they get the most out of the product range.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on account progress, goals, and forecasts, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Ideally, you will have a good understanding and experience of the automotive aftermarket, including buying groups, regional and independent motor factors and specialists.

You will be methodical in your approach, visiting all key accounts frequently to increase your share and become fully aware of their needs and wants.

You can be based anywhere within the region.
