Office / Area to be covered: Belfast
25% field based and 75% office (depending on location)Remuneration: £35,000-£40,000 + bonus between £15,000 - £25,000
Benefits: £4,200 annual car allowance & full comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Technical Sales Manager - Fall Protection Systems will involve:
- Technical field sales position selling the installation services of fall protection systems such as: guardrails, lifelines, safe access, platforms and walkways
- 80% of your time selling to large end users such as: Unilever, Britvit, Bostik, Amazon, Coca Cola etc
- 20% of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, roofing contractors and builders such as: Robert McAlpine & Kier
- You will be targeted to achieve circa £1.2m turnover
- Average order values range from £40k to £50k
- 30-35% account management / 65-70%
- Will be required to upkeep CRM systems
The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager - Fall Protection Systems with:
- Must have sales experience in the construction industry
- Must have a technical solutions mind-set and able to conduct surveys
- Ideally from a fall protection / roofing background however open on products sold
- Ideally have experience selling to main contractors, sub-contractors and large end users
- Ideally site survey and AutoCAD experience
- Must be hungry, driven and mouldable
- Organised, have good time management skills and to be self-motivated to perform and reach targets
