JOB SUMMARY
Our client, a leading consultancy, is looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to work on projects across the UK and Ireland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct site assessments and manage ground investigations
  • Review and produce reports on soil parameters, foundations, and contamination
  • Lead geotechnical design, including slope stability analysis, shallow foundation, pile, retaining wall, soil nail, ground anchor design, and piling platforms
  • Design temporary works structures for deep excavations
  • Supervise technicians and attend client meetings
  • Ensure project compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Geology
  • Relevant geotechnical experience
  • Proficient in design software and MS Office
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel; full driving licence preferred
