The Systems Engineer position in Newry is a permanent, full-time role with a salary range of £33,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will support the IT Manager to ensure the effective operation of the IT department and its services.
Applicants must have a 3rd level certification in a computer-related subject and at least 2 years of IT support experience.
Experience with networking and Windows operating systems is essential, while knowledge of VoIP and hypervisor technology is desirable.

Systems Engineer – Newry: Permanent, full time:£33,000 to £38,000 DOE

This progressive and dynamic organisation are a market leader in their field and due to continued growth and success are currently seeking to add an additional Systems Engineer to their team.

The purpose of the role of Systems Engineer is to provide support to the IT Manager – to ensure the effective and efficient running of the IT department and the high quality and fast-response service provision to all service users.

Essential Criteria• 3rd level certification in a computer related subject• 2+ years IT Support experience• Experience with networking, Windows operating systems• Customer focused

Desirable

• Presentation skills

• Knowledge of VoIP

• Knowledge of Hypervisor technology (ESXi or Hyper-V)

• Experience with MS Client Server Technology

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
