You will maximise opportunities for generating revenue, profit, and sustainable growth. You will play an integral role in determining our pricing models and leveraging your market understanding to steer product/service development and direction. To be successful in this role you will need to have extensive commercial awareness coupled with excellent communication skills.Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing commercial strategies that align sales, marketing, and business objectives, with a keen eye on financial targets and market trends, in conjunction with our Head of Growth.
  • Working with profit targets to set pricing strategies, optimise margins, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Building and implementing customer satisfaction programmes to enhance client retention and brand loyalty.
  • Identifying new sectors within Ireland to expand our current service offering.
  • Serving as a key figurehead in business events, conferences, and networking avenues to enhance the company’s reputation through brand representation.
  • Effectively communicating the organisation's value propositions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
