Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + £4,000 bonus Benefits: Company vehicle & comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Specification Sales Representative - Interior & Exterior Doors will involve:
- Specification sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of door, ironmongery, door automation & access control systems
- Majority of your time will be spent generating specification with architects & specifying consultants
- Effectively increase sales volumes of Automatic Doors & Access Control solutions
- Generating new business, new leads, drive sales, and increase revenue
- Working closely with the external sales team to develop sales leads in the respective area
- Liaising with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations Teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
- Provide CPDs to Architects predominantly over Teams
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Representative - Interior & Exterior Doors with:
- Must have specification sales experience selling into architects
- Ideally will have experience in a related market sector to interior & external
- Ideally have experience conducting CPD seminars
- Excellent influencing and communication skills; well-spoken and personable; able to get on with diverse personalities
- Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities
- Results orientated, hungry, personable and enthusiastic
